It is the wee hours of the morning that I am writing this blog post for you. I’m sipping on a large, hot, black coffee (insert an “I like my coffee the way I like my men joke’ here) and watching Reese play real life tetris with our bags – because he and I are off on an adventure! We’re heading up north for our annual Halloween camping trip.

I am so excited for a week of sleeping under the stars, cooking by campfire, and watching some of my favorite horror movies via projector (The Blair Witch Project hits different when you watch it a 2 day hike from civilization). And of course, getting down rough and dirty with Reese (I swear, the scent of pine is the biggest aphrodisiac ever for me). But I’ll certainly miss having my little subbies around to serve me!
