- 2 ounces fettuccine noodles

Cook pasta according to package directions.
Melt butter in a small pot, once butter is melted add the heavy cream. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic. Bring to a low simmer and cook for 3 – 4 minutes until slightly reduced. Stir in parmesan cheese and simmer an additional 45 seconds until cheese is melted and sauce thickens.
Pour sauce over pasta, add roughly chopped basil and cum then toss.
